Access per part: let someone see only their own part
A team lead does not need to see all of your company. You can limit a member to one or more groups. That person then sees only that part.

Example
Kim leads the engineers at Bakkerij De Testoven. She looks after their laptops and accounts. The owner limits her to the group "Engineers". Kim sees their devices and how that group is doing, and nothing of the rest of the bakery.
How to limit someone
- First make the group on Risks, Security groups. Without groups you see "There are no groups yet."
- Open Access in the menu. Only owners and administrators see it.
- Each person shows Sees: The whole organisation. Click Limit to a part.
- "What may Kim see?" Pick one or more groups.
- Click Save the limit. It applies from Kim's next click.
To lift it, click Change next to the person, then Show the whole organisation.
What does a limited member see?
- At the top of the register: "You only see: Engineers".
- In the register, only the items in those groups, with their evidence.
- On Audit: "Audit readiness of your part", never the score of the whole organisation.
- Their own account and sign-in settings.
The dashboard, reports, exports, documents in the app, risks and Patch are closed. Reading and confirming a policy through the personal read link in the email still works.
Who can be limited?
Members, and people who may only read. Owners and administrators always see the whole organisation, because they run it. Want to make a limited member an administrator or owner? Lift the limit first.
A group that limits someone's access cannot be removed while that limit is in place.
